BlackBerry cafe

A new restaurant of the Ginza Project holding — BlackBerry café — has been opened in Moscow.

The ceremonial opening took place at the 10 Sakharov prospect. The new venture is meant for business-minded and active people. As the representatives of the Ginza Project holding say, “The BlackBerry is the only restaurant in Moscow where brunch is not only the late supper with a glass of wine, but is part of the concept that over time becomes the habitual and pleasant lifestyle”.

The design of the restaurant is made by the talented young architect Vera Tatarinova. The interior presents the symbiosis of Provence and urban comfort, there is no strict border line between beauty and pragmatism, between private and public space. On the first floor concerts and Dj sets are run.

The multilevel building has room for 215 seats. The average cheque is: 40-60 c. u. (conventional units).

There are hits of different world cuisines in the menu: traditional European, Japanese, the author’s cuisine.

The unique offer of the BlackBerry café is “the wall of beverages” with the unlimited refills of juices where the guests can fill up their glasses themselves. There is also an open island kitchen: the cooks are right in the saloon and allow the visitors to watch every step of preparing dinner courses. “It’s worth mentioning that the guests pay for the size of the plate, choose any meals and combine them depending on their taste and mood”, — the co-owner of Ginza Project Holding Vadim Lapin says. The major principle underlying the concept of the BlackBerry café is the extraordinary serving and no restrictions in the selection of meals.

The gastronomic masterpieces and the top records of the culinary art Cook Show were fully demonstrated at the drink reception held on the opening of the restaurant.

The opening event was kindly attended by the celebrities, young actors, famous fashion designers, “the gilded youth” and business representatives.

There was a performance of the London band Boogalo Stu, Dj Nils (the Roof of the World), Dj Necto Lucas.
