It is a historical tradition that in New York real Mexican cuisine is represented at ethnical restaurants. We decided to make this cuisine universal, you won’t find waters in sombreros at our place. Los Dados has its style, the interior has Mexican elements but in general it’s trendy and modern. If you come here for the first time you probably won’t identify it as a Mexican cuisine restaurant. To develop a menu for the restaurant our chef Sue Torres traveled across Mexico through small and big settlements to collect recipes.

Slightly adapted they’ve become a part of the restaurant’s menu. For instance, such dishes as tacos — roasted pork with coconut milk and hot spices, escalope with fennel and oranges, Mexican sandwiches, etc.
