Italian family restaurant in Boulevard Ring area< /b>
In the silence of Moscow lanes, in the peace of the city’s boulevards a new restaurant “Piccolino” has opened its doors. And the restaurant is as much typical for Italy as it is absolutely unusual for Moscow.
The Italian word “piccolino” stands for “small”. Thus, the restaurant’s name is quite justified. There are two small halls and a comfortable VIP-zone on the area of 120 square meters. Total number of seats in the eatery is 70.
“Piccolino” – is an authentic Italian family restaurant. It is managed by two young Italians – Alessio Jinny and Eskele Barbuto. The Chefs cook Italian dishes which may be tasted only in Italian province, in home-restaurants of Italian province, to be more exact. Alessio and Eskele are always present in the hall, in order not just to cook delicacies but also to meet the guests and to help them with choice of dishes, as well as just to have a friendly chat. This makes everybody feel the atmosphere of real home comfort.
The “Piccolino” restaurant’s interior is performed in the style of a small cozy provincial trattoria, with a touch of irony towards the prototype, though.
Guests are offered with typical Italian cuisine – mussel soup, fish and meat carpaccio, gnocchi, pizza, fresh fish, and a famous Italian sabajón for dessert. And all that is prepared in the manner of large Italian families’ home cooking.
With all that price-list is quite democratic for such class of restaurants.
In summer time an open terrace, which is one of the coziest in Moscow, is open.
