“PIVO-VODY” is a pavilion of beer aesthetics, which was created on the basis of different styles, where the soviet tradition of drinking beer is combined with western bar culture.

Chef of the eatery Vladimir Kalygin is a real professional with wide experience, he worked with Michael Dolf and Arkady Novikov, “LaLuna”, “Teatro”, “Angelicos” projects and “Dymov” beer restaurant network were opened with his active participation.

The socialistic epoch is represented by some menu positions cooked on the recipes from “Book on tasty and healthy food” published in 1952, and also by the atmosphere of home feasts and nostalgic signs of soviet time implemented in interior design. Everything else is taken from the western tradition – dishes of mixed European cuisine and wide assortment of foreign beer. On the menu, there’s also a large section with soft drinks.

For the restaurant’s guests, an extensive entertaining programme is also provided: jazz parties, cult DJ’s performances, concerts, table games, poker championships are for your service. Large space with several halls can be used for discos and banquets.
