Yaposha
The first sushi café of the chain was opened in Petersburg in June 2005. It is the quality of food that distinguishes “Yaposha” from the regular sushi bars. For those our guests who are not 100 % ready for the Japanese cuisine, we’ve created a special program “antisushi” where the dishes from Russian and other cuisines are offered in the menu as well as traditional Japanese dishes. “Yaposha” values its guests — convenient location, comfortable and appealing interior, perfect service and, most important, diverse and tasty menu.
Currently, there are 15 sushi cafes in Moscow and Petersburg,. Ten more locations are due to be opened in the course of 2007-2008.
